This year the new Mediterranean Studies Group at the University of Colorado, co-directed by Brian Catlos (Religious Studies) and Claire Farago (Art History), received an Innovative Seed Grant to help establish Mediterranean Studies on the Boulder campus. This year’s program will include as study group and visiting scholars. The CU Mediterranean Studies Group will initiate a long-term collaboration with the UCMRP and host the spring workshop meeting at Boulder, Colorado as a part of a co-sponsored three-day program which will include also a mini-conference and round table events.
